Sportradar Terms & Conditions — A complete guide to user rights and responsibilities

1General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Sportradar platform and its users. By using the Sportradar website or app, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in full. It is therefore important that you read this document carefully before registering.

Sportradar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email or mobile number, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the change. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with Sportradar, you must accurately provide the following information:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active Bangladeshi mobile number
• Valid email address (optional but recommended)
• Date of birth (must be 18 years of age or older)

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are created from the same mobile number or device, Sportradar reserves the right to close all associated accounts and any related balances may be forfeited.

For large withdrawal amounts, Sportradar may request identity verification (KYC). This may require submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

To participate on Sportradar, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions
• Online gaming is not prohibited by law in the country or region from which access is being made
• You must participate using your own funds — using someone else's money is prohibited

Sportradar places the highest priority on protecting minors. If an account holder is found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

4Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Sportradar:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the exact moment of submission are the ones that apply
• If a technical error results in a bet offering an abnormally large potential payout, Sportradar reserves the right to void that bet
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded
• In the event of a dispute over results, Sportradar's decision is final

Any attempt to manipulate match outcomes in collusion with any party, or participation in such activities, will result in permanent account closure and may lead to legal action.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Sportradar regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. General terms applicable to these offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus has specific wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be made
• Validity: Each bonus comes with a specific expiry period — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires
• Multiple Bonuses: If multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, Sportradar determines the order in which they are applied
• Abuse: Any abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses upon detection

6Payment Terms & Conditions

Important terms governing the payment system on Sportradar:

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (mobile banking) and ৳5,000 (bank transfer)
• Withdrawal processing times: bKash/Nagad 3–10 minutes, Rocket 15–30 minutes, Bank Transfer 1–3 hours
• Sportradar reserves the right to put a payment on hold and conduct verification if a transaction appears suspicious
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited

7User Code of Conduct

Sportradar is committed to maintaining a safe and orderly environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any attempt at hacking, deploying malware, or carrying out a cyberattack
• Placing bets or playing games using software bots or automated tools
• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward live chat or support staff
• Exploiting any vulnerability found in the system — such issues should be reported to us instead
• Collecting other users' information or engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards them

Violating these rules may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension. In serious cases, the relevant information may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

8Responsible Gaming Policy

Sportradar believes entertainment should never become a burden. To support that commitment, we provide the following tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months

Users may close their account at any time. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the registered payment method.
